Welcome... Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.
One of the great strength of the human race is our ability to be flexible, to be creative, and to think outside the box. To be someone other than we were yesterday or the day before. We can change... our mind, our attitude, our health, and even ourselves.
This week we take a look at creating change both within our own self and within the world. We start off with Nir Bashan, author of a new book entitled "The Creator Mindset". In the article we are featuring today, he speaks of "Complacency: A One-Way Ticket To Doom".
Our next article takes a look at another way to create change: "How Introverts and Extroverts Working Together Create Balance and Innovation". We then discover, from the authors of the book "The Symphony of Selves" how "Shifting Selves Might Save Your Life: Being In the Right Mind at the Right Time".
Another area that needs a creative shift is the one of "The Energy of Money: Why Do We Make Wealth All About Money?". Since any shift in our attitudes and goals also requires action, Robert Jennings asks: "Were You Part Of The Problem Last Time? Will You Be Part Of The Solution This Time?".
And if you're not clear on what your path is, or what direction to take with your goals, your creativity, your actions, then perhaps my article can help you find clarity: "What Works For Me: For The Highest Good".
Please scroll down for the featured articles in this new issue of InnerSelf, and also the recap of all the articles that were added to the website during the week.
Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, health-full, and loving week.

Shifting Selves Might Save Your Life: Being In the Right Mind at the Right Time
Written by James Fadiman and Jordan Gruber
One of the concepts that has proved most useful to readers—and, in all honesty, to ourselves personally as we developed the book—is learning how to enhance the capacity to move into the right part of ourselves for any given situation. To achieve and remain in good mental health, we need to learn how to be “in the right mind at the right time.”
The Energy of Money: Why Do We Make Wealth All About Money?
Written by Prema Lee Gurreri
Money is a form of energy, just like love, time, and breath. However, in our modern world, we have made money the most common currency of exchange. It’s everywhere. We trade our time, our labor?and even, sadly, our love?for it.

What Works For Me: "For The Highest Good"
Written by Marie T. Russell, InnerSelf
The reason I share "what works for me" is that it may work for you as well. If not exactly the way I do it, since we are all unique, some variance of the attitude or method may very well be something that will work for you.
