Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.
It can be tempting, with everything going on in the world, to shut ourselves off in a safe little corner that ignores the challenges all around us. Yet, we are key players in the movie of Life on Earth, and one way to participate is by activating our compassion for everyone and everything. Not just the ones we agree with, or identify with. But every one. That's the tough part.
This week, we chose articles to help open our awareness of the life around us, to grow our compassion, and expand our vision about possibilities in our future. We are all part of the movie of life on earth, whether we think we are or not. We are here, and thus we are part of it. It's that simple. So, what do we do? First we open our hearts and seek the answer there, and then we open our eyes and see what we can do... and then we take action, in our own unique way.
