Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.
The eye of a hurricane is the calm center... the peaceful space in between the times when the winds change from one direction to the other. It is the calm center between two forces of chaos. And in the same way, our inner eye or third eye, which represents our intuition and inner guidance, is the calm space in the middle of whatever chaotic forces may be swirling around us. We retain that calm center by staying centered in our guidance, focusing on positive and healthy attitudes, eating foods and taking actions that support that state of mind, and surrounding ourselves with people who are also seeking to remain in a calm centered space. And this week, as usual, we bring you article to assist you on that path.
And of course, it helps to remember that just as the chaos moves through physical space and time, the calm center moves along with it... it does not remain in one location, it flows within the forces that surround it And this is a goal worth setting... to remain calm in the midst of whatever is in our "space" whether it is from outside forces or inner distractions and old habits. The calm of the inner eye is what will keep us sane and safe from whatever is churning around us while we remain faith-full in a peace-full outcome.
