InnerSelf NewsletterApril 12th, 2015 |
Welcome... Our InnerSelf welcomes your Inner Self. This week we look at four assumptions we've been taking for granted, at the limitations we've often accepted without debate, and at the importance of belief in yourself, and commitment to yourself, in order to create change in your life. So many times we tend to blame others for the way things are... either in our personal life, work life, or in the world. However, to walk The Path to Smart Change we need to examine our Reactions, Judgment and Discernment, Life and Limits. You may also need to discover the Four Assumptions That May Be Messing With Your Health (and your life). In order to create a life that brings you joy and vitality, You Have To Be Willing to Believe in the possibility of it happening. And if you've been dragging yourself around meeting all your obligations, it may be time to focus on Recharging Your Commitment to Yourself. Scroll below for the links to the featured articles of the week, plus some additional articles for your reading pleasure. For any of you who have tried to send a donation (which are always welcomed and appreciated) we fixed the problem with the form. Apparently it was only working in the Mozilla/Firefox browser and not in the other browsers. So please, if you tried the donation form and were unable to get it to work, try it again. And if you have a problem with it, please let us know. Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, and loving week. Marie T. Russell |
