InnerSelf's Daily Inspiration

February 21, 2024

The focus for today is:

I hold the vision in my mind of the reality I wish to create.

Today's inspiration was written by Ronald Alexander:

If you feel a need to create change in your life and to make a better mark on the world, you will need to cultivate a new mindset. Putting yourself into that mindset begins with clearly visualizing the outcome you hope to achieve.

Envisioning the end result you’re pursuing has a powerful effect on your ability to make it happen. Holding that vision in your mind makes it easier to avoid distractions and to keep moving forward.

With each step that takes you closer to its fruition, you move beyond just aspiring to, and toward actually realizing the new reality that you’re creating.

This is Marie T. Russell, co-publisher of InnerSelf.com, wishing you a day of outcomes you desire (today and every day)

Comment from Marie:
It can be easy (too easy) to focus on the negative, on what we don't have, or what is going "wrong". But doing so just gives those things more power as we're feeding them with our energy. So, to attain goals or changes in our life, we need to "feed" the goal we desire... with our thoughts, our attention, and our visualizations. And when the other stuff comes up, "just say no", and choose again to focus on the things you desire to manifest in your life.

Our focus for today: I hold the vision in my mind of the reality I wish to create.
