InnerSelf's Daily Inspiration
presented by Marie T. Russell, InnerSelf.com
January 20, 2023
The focus for today's inspiration is:
I choose to focus on what I'd like to create and experience.
For many people, their default is to focus on problems. It comes from our ingrained negativity bias.
Reject that way of thinking and, instead, embrace a solution orientation.
This means focusing on what you’d like to create and experience, and crafting a vision that inspires you even when you come up against challenges and obstacles.
Today's inspiration was excerpted from the InnerSelf.com article:
Valuable Habits and Mindsets to Re-invent Your Life
Written by Ronald Alexander.

This is Marie T. Russell, publisher of InnerSelf.com, wishing you a day of focusing on what you'd like to create and experience (today and every day)
