Marie T. Russell's Daily Inspiration

The focus for today is:  Wherever I am is exactly where I need to be.

Some people think that in order to pray you have to be in a church, or that to meditate you must be sitting in the lotus position, or that to receive spiritual teachings you must be in the presence of a teacher or guru.

Life itself is our best teacher, Nature is the most wonderful church, and silence is all you need for meditation (and actually you don't even need that). Every one and every thing in our life is our teacher, and anywhere we are can be our church, and praying can be done anywhere in a myriad of ways. 

We don't need to be anywhere special or do anything special to get insights, spiritual guidance, or even attain bliss. Wherever we are is exactly where we need to be to get what we need at that moment.
