The focus for today is: I am willing to trust in Life itself.
Why do we worry so much about the future? Why are we concerned about what will happen to us or to those we love? Is it because we lack trust in the future... in life... in the universe... in ourselves? Have we lost faith in humanity, in goodness, in love?
In order to regain our peace of mind, we need to regain our trust in ourselves, in our fellow humans, in life itself. We may have to resort to the prayer found in the New Testament that goes like this. "“I believe; help my unbelief!”. Or to paraphrase, "I trust. Please help my lack of trust."
As Wayne Dyer famously wrote in his book with the same title: "You'll see it when you believe it". So first, we must believe and trust in life itself.
