InnerSelf NewsletterJanuary 4th, 2015 |
Welcome... Our InnerSelf welcomes your Inner Self. The new issue of InnerSelf is quite a bit slimmer than usual this week. No, InnerSelf is not on a diet, but it is in the process of undergoing major renovations. In honor of our upcoming 30th year anniversary (10 years in print and 20 years online), we are redoing the website completely. It's a major project, thus has been taking up most of our time... We look forward to the launching of the new (and improved) website this week, so keep a "look-out" for it. We are redoing the site with the goal of enhancing your InnerSelf experience, whether you're on a tablet, a phone, a laptop, or a desktop computer. We will also be reopening the InnerSelf store with books and gift items (all at a discount price), though that project may be later this month. Nevertheless, we do have some power-full articles for you this week. We look at the possibility of living A Year Without Fear and also at Keeping Your New Year’s Evolutions. Sarah Varcas shares that the key to the month of January 2015 is: Don’t React, Reflect! Scroll below for the links to these and other articles. And of course there are thousands of articles on the InnerSelf website should you run out of things to read. Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, and loving new year. Marie T. Russell |

Many of us make New Year’s resolutions which, according to many surveys, don’t last very long. Many are gone by the end of January, and most are gone by July. Most resolutions have to do with losing weight, saving money, and taking self-improvement courses. All worthy goals, to be sure. But why do most resolutions tank?
