Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.

In order to create change, we must pay attention... to our thoughts, to our actions, and to what is taking place around us. This week, we bring you articles to assist you in the quest to create a better world for yourself, and for all.

With the upcoming US election, and with the dangerous slide in many countries toward authoritarianism, we also are focusing more on inequality, extremism, and us-vs-them mentalities. We at InnerSelf believe that all humans are basically good, but many may be confused and being misdirected and misguided by the powers that be, and by the traumas they've experienced in life.

The only way to dispel darkness is to shed light on it... So let the light shine and let us look into the nooks and crevasses of our mind, our life, and of the world around us, so that we can dispel the darkness. We must bring forth the light of Love, compassion, justice, fairness, and caring for our human brothers and sisters (as well as the four-legged and the winged creatures, and Nature as a whole).

Scroll down for the new articles and videos that were added to the website this week.

Please visit our YouTube channel and subscribe. Thank you.

Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, health-full, and loving week.
