Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.

While we at InnerSelf encourage the exploration and development of the "inner self", we also understand and champion the power of the mind. However, this power can be used for good... or not. A lot of humanity's problems, it seems, originate in the mind... thoughts of envy and jealousy, rage and resentment, greed and power, etc. etc. Thus it is very important for us to "manage" our mind and its ruminations and imaginings. We must be mindful of the adage: "garbage in, garbage out".

This week, we bring you articles that look at various ways we can guide our mind out of stress and chaos, and into peace and harmony.

Scroll down for the new articles and videos that were added to the website this week.

Please visit our YouTube channel and subscribe. Thank you.

Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, health-full, and loving week.
