Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.
This week we look at healing... healing ourselves, our family patterns, our beliefs, our physical body, and every single part of us whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. It's all one package, so when we heal one part of us, that affects all other parts. Healing our belief systems can help heal our physical pain. Healing our relationships and our attitudes, can help heal our physical ailments.
Everything in our body and our being is connected, just as we are connected with everything else on Planet Earth. Let's focus on healing... ourselves, our earth, our attitudes... so that we can create a world where healing, and love for all, are no longer a missing piece of the puzzle of Life.
