InnerSelf's Daily Inspiration
February 2-3-4, 2024
The focus for today (and the weekend) is:
I use my intentions for my benefit as well as that of humanity.
Today's inspiration was written by Lawrence Doochin:
Do you feel that your current vocation and life situation in general is where you have just been randomly placed, or that there was purposeful intention in getting to this place - on your part or the part of someone else or the Universe?
There is purposeful intention for where we are at, but many do not realize this and thus operate unconsciously, getting caught up in the herd mentality.
We can believe it's all random, but the results are not. It's much better to make our intention conscious so we can use it for our benefit as well as that of humanity.

What We Set Our Intentions To, We Create

This is Marie T. Russell, co-publisher of InnerSelf.com, wishing you a day of setting beneficial intentions (today and every day)
Comment from Marie: Perhaps the greatest gift we can give ourselves is to realize that we are powerful... we have the power to create a life that fulfills us, that brings us joy, and that brings love and healing to those around us. Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself: "I am powerful. My thoughts are powerful. My love is powerful."
Our focus for today (and the weekend): I use my intentions for my benefit as well as that of humanity.

A Book On Fear: Feeling Safe In A Challenging World
by Lawrence Doochin
Even if everyone around us is in fear, this doesn't have to be our personal experience. We are meant to live in joy, not in fear. By taking us on a treetop journey through quantum physics, psychology, philosophy, spirituality, and more, A Book On Fear gives us tools and awareness to see where our fear comes from. When we see how our belief systems were created, how they limit us, and what we have become attached to that creates fear, we will come to know ourselves at a deeper level. Then we can make different choices to transform our fears. The end of each chapter includes a suggested simple exercise that can be done quickly but that will shift the reader into an immediate higher state of awareness about that chapter’s topic.
