InnerSelf's Daily Inspiration

March 22, 2023

The focus for today's inspiration is:

When at all possible, I do that which my heart truly desires.

When you do something with a negative attitude or in a negative (resentful) frame of mind, you will get the same kind of results on an energy level. As you sow, so shall you reap.

When you don't feel like doing something, it is much better for you to do what you really feel like doing. This will serve you much better and keep your energy at a high level, instead of letting it drain because you are going against your flow.

Learn to listen to and heed the small voice within, or to the feeling in your being. When you sense that you really don't feel like doing something... stop and ask yourself what you really would like to do at this time. Then if at all possible... do that which your heart truly desires. Don't let your mind or ego dictate what you are to do.
