The focus for today is: I am connected to the infinite Universal Life Force.
Many scientists as well as spiritual masters have told us that everything (including us) is made up of energy. We could say we are like electrical appliances and we plug into the current of Universal Energy... whether you call that God, or the Sun God Ra, or Life Force. The name doesn't matter since all energy is Energy.
The amount of energy available is infinite and unlimited. The limit comes from how much we allow into our system, on whether we block the energy because we harbor resentments, on whether we eat foods that zap our energy, etc. etc.
Energy is unlimited. We need to make sure our connection is clear and the socket we connect through is clean of obstructions of any kind. We need to remember, when we feel low on energy, that we are always connected to the infinite Universal Life Force.
