The focus for today is:  Love makes the difference in how I feel.


If we're wondering if a particular thing we said or did was "good", we can tune in to our own self and see how we feel about it.

We have a built-in monitor as to whether our actions and thoughts are "good" or loving as opposed to "bad" or unloving. Now the terms "good and bad" are judgments, they are relative. But loving and unloving are just facts. It just is what it is, no matter what anyone thinks. 

When we do or say something unloving, deep inside of us, we know it was not something to be proud of. The bottom line is, if we want to feel good, and feel good about ourself, we need to make our actions and thoughts be loving ones.
