The focus for today is: I celebrate my life as an unfolding adventure.
We live in a society that places a lot of emphasis on goals, on attaining success, and on the finish line. However, we also live in a society where people live their whole life at a job they hate in order to... pay the bills, please someone else, get a pension plan, etc.
But, when it comes to your life, as Alan Cohen says: "The real question is not 'How did it turn out?' The question is, 'What happened to your spirit as you journeyed?' "
The key to being happy, today and every day, is to live life as our heart guides us, with love, joy, and a sense of adventure.
