We all heard it many times in the past few weeks... wash your hands for at least 20 seconds. OK, one and two and three... For those of us who are timing-challenged, or perhaps slightly ADD, we've been told to sing Happy Birthday twice, while washing our hands.

So not wanting to have to count to 20 (and probably losing my place several times in the process), I've been singing Happy Birthday... twice. Now as I did this, my mind went to where it usually goes... trying to improve the process. So, the first thing that came to mind is to change the lyrics of the song to more "affirmative" ones.

Here's what I've come up with:

Happy Health Day to you,
Happy Health Day to me,
Happy Health Day to all of us,
Happy Health Day to All.

and then there are variations...

Happy Relaxing Day to you,
Happy Relaxing Day to me,
Happy Relaxing Day to all of us,
Happy Relaxing Day to All.

or whatever you want your focus to be at the time.

I'm sure you can come up with many creative options... After all singing Happy Birthday to no one in particular several times a day seems rather pointless.

So happy handwashing day to you, happy handwashing day to me...
