Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.

This week we reflect on the question: Who am I? Are we the person we are when with our friends? at work? with our children? alone in our room? While we are constantly changing, we are also constantly the same. Part of our mission, and hopefully we all have accepted it, is to rediscover the true shining light-being that we are. That process also includes owning, and loving, our shadow self.

It is time to clean out the mirrors of perception and live our truth - out loud - as one of our authors recommends. It is time to stop hiding behind others' expectations of us, or even our own. It's time to step out and be the wonderful person we really are... We simply need to turn within, connect with our true joy, and discover - and then express - who we truly are!

Scroll down for the new articles and videos that were added to the website this week.

Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, health-full, and loving week.
