Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.

Our world is about choices. Some may say they had no choice in how their life turned out, or is turning out. Well, perhaps we have no choice in the events that take place, but we definitely have a choice as to how we respond to those situations and challenges. No matter the situation that faces us, the choices as to how to respond are ours to make.

This week's articles help us discover new ways or new choices that we can make, whether in the physical world of health or career, or in the emotional and/or spiritual world. We have the final say in how we choose to think and act. It's always up to us! And that is very empowering since no one can take the power of choice from us, especially the inner choices of thoughts and attitudes -- which then lead to action.

Scroll down for the new articles and videos that were added to the website this week.

Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, health-full, and loving week.
