We humans are a complex bunch. Our emotions can be like yo-yos, going up and down regularly. This week we address the whole spectrum starting with "The Emotional Landscape: How To Deal with Challenging Emotions" following up with "Let Off Some Steam Before You Explode".
Sometimes our emotions can be a result of a physical imbalance and can be resolved through nutrition and supplementation as explained in "Winter Blues and Broken Bones: How To Get Enough Vitamin D3". But regardless of the season, we can benefit from knowing "How To Increase Feelings Of Love At Any Time Of Year". And if you've been discouraged by some of the selfish behavior in evidence "out in the world" (or perhaps even in your own self), then you may be uplifted by reading "The Puzzle of Altruism: Why Do Selfish Genes Behave Unselfishly?"
