InnerSelf's Daily Inspiration

July 19, 2023

The focus for today is:

This week, I choose to complete at least one thing that is incomplete.

Today's inspiration was written by Diane Pienta:

There’s power in completing projects or tasks. We actually can get an endorphin rush when we complete something. There’s often an enormous sense of pride when we achieve something challenging.

Do you have incomplete projects insidiously asking for your attention? If you have no incomplete projects, you are blessed beyond words, and I am in awe of you. And if you’re human, there’s probably something that begs or whispers for your attention. What if this week you completed just one thing that’s incomplete?

This is Marie T. Russell, publisher of InnerSelf.com, wishing you a day completing one thing that is incomplete (today and every day)

Comment from Marie:
There are numerous reasons behind procrastination, but there is only one solution: And that is to start whatever you are postponing and keep going until it is done! The great feeling that comes from accomplishing something you've postponed, perhaps numerous times, will help build a new attitude within you for the next time you might be leaning towards procrastinating.

Our focus for today: This week, I choose to complete at least one thing that is incomplete.
