InnerSelf's Daily Inspiration
May 25, 2023
The focus for today is:
I consider what sorts of ideas I have about the world and my place in it.
We’ve all heard it said: everything happens for a reason. But what we rarely realize is that, most of the time, WE are the reason.
We find ourselves in this or that situation because of choices we have made. These choices are the result of myriad beliefs we have about the world and ourselves. Put another way, you make choices based on your beliefs.
Do you have any negative ideas about how the world works? Take a moment and consider what sorts of ideas you have about the world and your place in it.
Today's inspiration was excerpted from the InnerSelf.com article:
If Life Is A Chess Game, How Do You Win It?
Written by Sara Chetkin

Comments from Marie: The famous statement in real estate is Location, location, location. Perhaps in the realm of personal empowerment, the expression needs to be: "Attitude, attitude, attitude". We can choose the attitude, and beliefs, we want to "wear" every single moment of every single day.
Our focus for today: I consider what sorts of ideas I have about the world and my place in it.
