The focus for today is: I see everything as if for the first time.
Everything is constantly changing. And we are also constantly changing. So are the people around us.
Thus when we arise in the morning, we would be well served to see everything as brand new. Do not assume you know anything about anyone. Let go of any expectations, grudges, attitudes (yours or theirs) of the day before.
Each day is new. Each encounter is new. We can let go of the past and start fresh and see everything and everyone as a new encounter, a new experience, a new person. This way we give everyone, ourselves included, the opportunity to have grown, to have learned, to have progressed from the day before.
