We may sometimes go around saying derogatory things about ourselves. For example, when we make a mistake, we might find ourselves muttering: I'm so stupid. Or when postponing something yet again, say, I'm lazy, or whatever other critical thing comes to mind. Yet, the more we focus on those negative affirmations, the more power they gain over us. Best to instead focus on "I am Love" and other self-enhancing thoughts to help us create a better life.
The focus for today is:
I say to myself repeatedly: "I was, I am, I will be Love."

Breathe deeply! We are alive.
Perceive with all of your senses into all realms within. You are a knowing being, a creative being, a spark of God redeemed now. You are anointed by true Love; the compassion of the cosmos awakens in your awareness here and now.
