Today's Inspiration

by Marie T. Russell, InnerSelf.com

The focus for today's inspiration is:

I am who I choose to be.

Listen to audio/mp3 version here:

In my recent article Is Planet Earth A School for Good and Evil?, based on my reflections on the movie, The School for Good and Evil, the question is raised Who do you think you are? The good news is that whoever we think we are, or have thought we were... that is in the past. What matters is who we choose to be in this moment. We have all had weak moments and failings, as well as moments of strength and clarity. Those are the ups and downs of the seesaw of life.

Yet, since we can only live the present moment, in the now, what matters is who we choose to be in this moment, right here and now. Right now, I choose to share my thoughts and my insights with you, with the goal of triggering your own thoughts and insights. We can all choose to be a light to those around us, as well as to ourselves, of course. because as we do for others, we do for ourself, and vice versa, .

So today, who do you choose to be?
