Imitation
Mayonnaise
If you need larger amounts, this
recipe can be
successfully doubled, tripled, or even quadrupled.
Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese

1 teaspoon finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon apple juice
concentrate
Method

Combine all the ingredients in
a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Serves 1/2 cup.
