Dijon Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons 1% cottage cheese

  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise

  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce

Method

  1. For a smooth sauce, combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. 
  2. Otherwise, stir together the ingredients thoroughly and serve.

Makes about 1/3 cup.
