InnerSelf.com welcomes your inner Self.
Who are you? I know the "Who am I" question is often posed as an existential one. Yet, in our day to day life, who are we?
Are we the fears and habits that have built up since childhood? Are we the internal rules we have set (or others have set) for us? Are we the facade we show the world? Are we the person others think we are? If we are our memories, then what happens when someone has Alzheimer's or dementia? And what about the memories that live on via a person's organs when they are transplanted into a new person's body.
All these questions, and more, are touched upon in this week's articles, inviting you to further reflection and self-discovery.
P.S. Please note that some of our new articles this week have a short video recap and/or the full audio for the article. See each article below for specifics.
Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, health-full, and loving week.
...with Peace, Love, Gratitude, and Joy,
