This is Marie T. Russell, co-publisher of InnerSelf.com, wishing you a day of feeling empathy for others (today and every day).
Comment from Marie: We can get so wrapped up in our own "stuff"... our worries, problems, struggles, successes, joys, etc. that we forget what our neighbors (friend, co-worker, family member) may be going through. Helping others and caring for others can help take our mind (and our focus) off of our problems. It's good to expand our empathy to those around us (and around the planet as well).
