This is Marie T. Russell, co-publisher of InnerSelf.com, wishing you a day of choosing Love -- not indifference or apathy (today and every day).

Comment from Marie:
Maybe one of the most important things we can keep in our awareness is that we always have a choice as to what energy we carry and radiate. When we choose resentment, apathy, anger, etc., we feed that energy in our life and it grows. When we choose Love, acceptance, joy, that is what we feed and that is what grows. What will you be planting and feeding in your world today? And if you plant some dark energy (which we probably all still do at times), just remember to compensate by planting and feeding an overabundance of Love and acceptance.

The principal challenge for the wayfarer treading the higher spiritual path, therefore, is to be able to discern accurately among ambiguous love-hate emotions when making significant life choices, and similarly to avoid developing an indifference or apathy that ignores love.
