The greatest ailment in our modern world is separation. We have become disconnected from ourselves, from others, and from the world around us.

What Are We Afraid Of?

We are separated from others because of our beliefs, our self-concepts, and our experiences. We create barriers that prevent us from connecting with others, and we fail to recognize the value of diversity and inclusivity.

Moreover, we are separated from our self due to our lack of self-knowledge and self-acknowledgement. We have forgotten who we are, our true essence, and our purpose in life. We treat our bodies and our spirits as "other," instead of embracing them as part of our wonder-full Self. We are not separate from our bodies and our spirits. When we treat ourselves with love, kindness, and respect, we will start to tune in to and listen to the messages that our body and spirit are sending us.

This separation illness is caused by fear - fear of the unknown, fear of rejection, fear of failure, and fear of not measuring up to the expectations of others. Fear keeps us from fully embracing our true selves, and it keeps us from seeing the true essence of others. We have forgotten that we are all connected, and we are all part of something much greater than ourselves.

Let The Healing Expand

The way to heal this separation illness is through Love, Acceptance, Mindfulness, Inclusivity, Cooperation, Harmony, Joy, and being in touch with our true core, which is our Divine Essence. Love is the great equalizer that connects us all. When we begin to love ourselves and see ourselves as part of something greater than our small self, we begin to see the world in a new light. We see the beauty and the magic in everything around us, and start to appreciate the wonder and the mystery of life.

Acceptance is also crucial to healing separation illness. Learning to accept ourselves and others for who they are, flaws and all, we can embrace our differences and celebrate them, recognizing that diversity is what makes life interesting and fulfilling. When we accept others, we also accept ourselves, and we create an environment of inclusivity and cooperation.

Mindfulness is another key component in healing separation illness. When we are mindful, we are fully aware of our thoughts and emotions, and thus can choose to not let them control us. As we become more adept at being mindful our awareness of the world around us expands and we develop a greater sense of compassion and empathy for others.

Inclusivity and cooperation are also critical to healing separation illness. As we learn to work together, we come to recognize that we are all in this together. This allows us to create an environment where everyone has a seat at the table and is treated with respect and dignity. Working together, we can achieve great things, and we can create a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Harmony and joy are also essential to healing separation illness. When we live in harmony with ourselves and others, we create an environment of peace and tranquility. Finding joy in the simple things in life, we appreciate the wonder and beauty of the world around us. Joy is infectious, and when we radiate joy, we inspire others to do the same.

As we rediscover the truth of who we are and who everyone else is, we then can work together to create a world where love reigns supreme.

Seeing More Than Just Us

As we open our third eye, which allows us to see from a higher perspective, we will discover the truth of everything around us. We will see that we are all here to serve each other and help everyone move forward on the path of rediscovering the truth of who we are. We’re all actors in the same "movie," playing different roles and improvising our script as we go along.

In this movie of life, we have the power to choose how we want to play our roles. We can choose to play the role of a victim or a hero, a giver or a taker, a lover or a hater. We have the power to choose how we want to show up in the world and how we want to contribute to the greater good.

Let's choose to create a movie where love reigns supreme, and we embrace our true essence and rediscover the magic and love in everything and everyone.
