We go through life with so many questions. Some are simple. What day is it? What will I have for lunch? Should I have another cup of coffee?

Yet even the simplest questions aren't necessarily that simple. If we look at the questions I just brought up, the first one - what day is it - is rather straightforward... though it depends. If you're in New York and you're talking to someone in Australia, then it's not so straightforward because it could be a different day down-under.

But regardless... the other questions like what will I have for lunch may seem simple, but your body has needs, your body has requirements, your emotions have needs and requirements, and also your budget has needs and requirements. So what will I have for lunch is maybe not that simple. Same thing goes for should I have another cup of coffee. Maybe that's not as simple as it could be due to health reasons, stress levels, being rushed for time, or whatever...
