Welcome... Our InnerSelf welcomes your Inner Self.
As we all have experienced, life has its ups and downs and its challenges. This week we look at how to best deal with those difficult times. Sometimes we may just be feeling overwhelmed and what is needed is Clearing Out the Clutter in Your Life Activities.
One author recommends Changing Your Own Mind and Getting Out of Your Own Way. Another article deals with Saying Yes! and Releasing Pain, Beliefs, and Assumptions Into Peace. However, it is important to realize that Failing Can Be A Positive Element -- If You Let It. As a short to-do list, the author of the book, Life in Transition, presents Seven Ways To Traverse Your Way Through Any Transition.
We also welcome (and invite) any feedback... Please let us know if something isn't working, a link is broken, or is missing, etc. To send us your comments, hover over the "This and That" item in every page's top menu, and click on the "Contact Us" button. And of course, donations are always welcomed and appreciated (and help keep InnerSelf online).
Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, and loving week.
