Spinach with Feta Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. fresh spinach cleaned and stemmed

  • 1 onion chopped and sautéed 

  • 1/2 lb. feta cheese

  • salt pepper

Method

1.  Sauté the spinach leaves in a large skillet over medium high heat. The spinach is done when it is wilted and most of the moisture has been absorbed. 

2.  Put the spinach in a bowl, add the sautéed onions and crumbled feta cheese. 

3.  Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
