Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 Tsp butter
- 2 Tsp orange juice concentrate
- 1/5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method
1. Steam carrots. In a skillet, melt butter, then add juice, cinnamon,
salt and honey. Stir well, then stir in drained carrots till coated and
heated through.
