Ingredients
Method1. Combine the soy sauce and honey. Mix well and set aside. 2. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and sauté in oil until golden. 3. Add kelp cut into 1 in. pieces. 4. Add soy/honey mixture and stir thoroughly. 5. Add water, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Serves 4
