This dish makes a hearty summer salad, or can be heated up as a crunchy cool weather casserole.
1 small head of cauliflower
2 cups of fresh or frozen lima beans
1/4 to 1/2 cup grated Swiss Cheese (optional)
2 - 3 radishes, sliced
1 red onion, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup vinegar
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbls. Kelp Granules
1/2 tsp. Nori Granules
2 tsp. Dulse Granules
1. Steam cauliflower and cook lima beans with Kelp Granules until tender. 2. Mix together all other ingredients, pour over vegetables and mix again. Serves 5 - 6
