Cauliflower Lima Bean
Salad or Casserole

This dish makes a hearty summer salad, or can be heated up as a crunchy cool weather casserole.

Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cauliflower 

  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen lima beans 

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup grated Swiss Cheese (optional) 

  • 2 - 3 radishes, sliced 

  • 1 red onion, chopped 

  • 1/4 cup olive oil 

  • 1/8 cup vinegar 

  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper 

  • 1 Tbls. Kelp Granules 

  • 1/2 tsp. Nori Granules 

  • 2 tsp. Dulse Granules

Method

1. Steam cauliflower and cook lima beans with Kelp Granules until tender.

2. Mix together all other ingredients, pour over vegetables and mix again. Serves 5 - 6
