Nori Ginger Tofu
Scramble
Ingredients
- 1 lb. of fresh tofu
- water
- 2 Tbls. of nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbls. Nori/Ginger Sea Seasoning
Method
- Crumble tofu into a lightly oiled skillet and
mash with a fork.
- Simmer for a few minutes, add small amount of
water for a softer texture.
- Stir in nutritional yeast and Nori/Ginger Sea
Seasoning.
- Optional: add a dash of soy sauce (tamari)
and/or sprinkle on some roasted sesame seeds. Serves 4.
Makes 4 servings. |
