Vim's
Honey & Mustard Dressing
Goes well with virtually any green
salad.
Extraordinary as a dip with raw tofu cubes.
PREPARATION TIME:
10 minutes
(Most flavorful when
chilled a while before using.)
YIELD: About 4 cups
Ingredients

1/2 cup honey
-
1 teaspoon sea salt
-
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
-
3 Tablespoons prepared mustard
-
3 Tablespoons onions, chopped
-
1/2 cup water
-
1 1/2 cups sesame oil (not
toasted)
Method
Place honey, salt, vinegar, mustard, onions, and water in
blender. Mix well. While mixing, add sesame oil in a slow,
steady stream.
