Guacamole
Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, peeled and
lightly mashed
-
1 medium-small ripe or canned
tomato, diced
-
1 small onion, chopped (2 full
tablespoons)
-
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon finely cut
jalapeno or several dashes Tabasco sauce
-
2 tablespoons lemon or lime
juice
-
1/4 to 1 teaspoon cilantro
-
Dash salt
-
1/4 cup salsa
Method
-
In a medium bowl, combine the
avocados, tomato, onion, jalapeno or Tabasco, lemon or lime juice,
cilantro, salt, and salsa.

Mix all ingredients well,
keeping the guacamole lumpy.
Serves 6.
