Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and lightly mashed

  • 1 medium-small ripe or canned tomato, diced

  • 1 small onion, chopped (2 full tablespoons)

  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon finely cut jalapeno or several dashes Tabasco sauce

  • 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice

  • 1/4 to 1 teaspoon cilantro

  • Dash salt

  • 1/4 cup salsa

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the avocados, tomato, onion, jalapeno or Tabasco, lemon or lime juice, cilantro, salt, and salsa.

  2. Mix all ingredients well, keeping the guacamole lumpy.

 Serves 6.
