Dulse Chips
- Fry small pieces of dry dulse in a pan liberally
oiled until the leaves turn dark green and crisp.
- Add some dulse chips or soaked
raw dulse to any sandwich.
- Add some cooked beans for a DBLT.
This can also be done with nori, or kelp, or
alaria.
