Method1. Pressure cook alaria 30 minutes, or cut out midribs and cook 15 min. 2. Sauté onion until golden, add alaria pieces and cook another minute. 3. Turn off heat and stir in remaining ingredients. 4. Refrigerate several hours before serving with grains, veggies, fish,
