The End Times: When?

"And
a great portent appeared in the heaven, a
woman clothed with the sun, with the moon
under her feet, and on her head a crown of
twelve stars; she was with child and she cried
out in her pangs of birth, in her anguish for
delivery." - Revelation: 12:1
 At
the end of the last millennium a great number of
people in Europe did not plant crops or put up
winter stores because they believed it to be the
end time when the faithful would be caught up
into heaven in the rapture. Needless to say, in
the first year of the next millennium those same
individuals experienced lean times. Many
actually starved to death. At every hundred year
mark since, there has been an outcry of the
prophesied end times.
If
there is to be a second coming of Christ, or an
apocalypse, then the single most important
question other than why, would be, when?
Timing
in all prophecy is difficult. Not because it is
impossible to determine, but because of the
complexity of the concept of time itself.
The
only culture to indicate the shifting of human
consciousness out of time, and therefore into
the fifth dimensional awareness, were the
Mayans.
They put this event in 2012 on the winter
solstice. The Akasha indicates this as the
moment when all human consciousness steps out of
time as a limitation or boundary.-?
With all other
writings indicating the 2000 - 2001 period as
the moment of shift in the collective, I feel
certain as to the two dates being given as a
window of opportunity that spans the beginning
for individuals and end for the collective mind.
While it is true that the en masse shift will
happen between 2001-2011, it is also true that
each individual will have their own experience
of the exact timing of their shift to
fifth-dimensional awareness. And there is enough
energy present now to individually shift.
The
common citizens of Europe in the year 999CE did
not have access to all these other prophecies.
They only had the interpretations of their
deliverance-minded clergy to guide them. Had
circumstances allowed them this current
knowledge, they might have planted crops.
By
as best as can be determined, we, the whole lot
of us, are at the time of Revelation.
To
some, this carries the harrowing promise of
tribulation and pestilence, while others find
within the visions of what is to come, a greater
experience for humankind. Unfortunately, most of
the documented visions of this end time period,
ranging from the Old Testament prophets Isaiah
and Ezekiel, to modern seers, such as
Nostradamus or even more recently, Edgar Cayce,
point to the destruction of the old system
without giving a clear vision of the expansion
and joy of the new paradigm.-?
This in no way
means these individuals could only see the
negative circumstantial aspects of this period;
it simply indicates the need to know within the
present collective mind the worst possible
scenario. This is symptomatic of the learning
though hardship mindset of the Piscean age. The
Aquarian age of self-realization that quickly
follows this coming period of upheaval ushers in
the unification of body, mind, and spirit,
allowing us the ability to envision a reality
free of struggle and
strife.
