I Think and Speak

Throughout the day, little things, the kind that you might not usually notice, like thoughts of impatience, judgment, frustration, would come to my attention. Rather than slipping by unnoticed, the fact that I had entered the affirmation into my sub-conscious made these unloving thoughts stand out.
At first I was surprised that so many of these thoughts still remained...I mean after all, I have been working on this enlightenment stuff for a long time... Anyway, my slightly deflated ego had to admit that it still harbored some jealousies, resentments, anger, and other such unloving things. But it did not want to be qualified as not being successful at the enlightenment game, so it jumped in to assist with replacing the unloving thoughts with loving ones.
"I think and speak only words of love." What a powerful path. It is definitely a great tool to help weed out any resentments and negative energy. Even those thoughts that are still in the seed stage can be 'nipped in the bud', so to speak, with this affirmation. It's worked and is still working wonders for me. Try it, you might like it. It will definitely assist you in re-discovering your true self, that truly loving being that you are.
