Making Your Life Realby P.M.H. Atwater
While I cannot tell you the why of your life, I can briefly offer spiritual and mundane viewpoints to consider.
Those who choose human incarnations grow through soul cycles. Each cycle has a central theme and a "game plan" of what the soul wants to accomplish during that cycle. A given cycle may take several or even dozens of lifetimes. It's A Soul ThingLimits are self-generated, thus guaranteeing free-will. Let's say a particular soul wants to learn courage. Many different lives and countless opportunities could then be "arranged" whereby various aspects of courage could be experienced and re-experienced until the trait was finally understood and integrated as a soul quality. The game plan may seem "fated" -- one's destiny -- yet there are layers upon layers of choice and change possible. True forgiveness (The Law of Grace) is what straightens out "detours" when we mess up and forget our game plan. On the earth plane, though, our perspective tends to be as narrow as our vision. We easily lose sight of the "big picture" when we focus on what seems our limits. Let Nothing Stop YouTo change your life change your thinking. That's how you begin to turn things around. Regardless of any game plan or whatever has happened to you, you can always change your life, very much for the better. If one way doesn't work, another will. Be persistent. Erase "failure" from your vocabulary.
Believe what you know in your heart of hearts. That's what's real, not what the world tells you. Stay in touch with your soul's urge of what's right for you through meditation, prayer, dream states, reverie, or by occasionally flowing off into nothing for a minute or two -- in other words, reconnecting. You have the power and ability to change your life for the better. All that's missing is belief. Make it real for you.
