Behold... a New Heaven
and a New Earth!

No matter how awe inspired we are by the miraculous changes we see taking place all around us, we are perceiving a mere fraction of what is actually occurring. We are awakening to the Truth that we are multidimensional Beings, and we are beginning to get a glimpse of the other realities we abide in. Even then, we see only an infinitesimal portion of the monumental changes taking place during this unprecedented experiment on Planet Earth.

The Earth is becoming a Sun. She is evolving into a Solar Reality which is the next step up the Spiral of Evolution for Her. The lifeforms on this Planet are also evolving into a new Solar Reality. We are Ascending into our Light Bodies of Limitless Physical Perfection.

Every single nanosecond, the vibratory rate of our bodies is being increased the maximum we can withstand without physical harm. This is causing some stress and some unusual sensations. Sometimes this process makes us feel more nervous or irritable. Other times we feel like we are getting the flu, achy and feverish. On some occasions we may feel lightheaded or disoriented and a little out of touch with ourselves. It is also very common to retain water during this increase of Light. Water is a conductor of electricity. As more Light enters each cell, our God Selves direct our Body Elementals to hold onto the water so the cells can absorb more Light without damage. Regardless of how this acceleration is affecting you personally, these symptoms are only temporary and will soon pass.

When we consciously do what is necessary to raise our vibratory rate, we experience less discomfort. The fastest and most effective way to raise our vibrations is through buoyant, joyous energy. Laughter, playfulness, fun, inspiring experiences, elation, bliss, wonder, ecstasy, and abounding love are all avenues to higher vibrations.

Beautiful music, being in nature, meditation, harmonious interaction with loved ones, peaceful relaxation, and being in tune with the Infinite are also powerful ways of uplifting ourselves.

Pure, living (raw), organic foods are a necessary and critical part of this Ascension process as well. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains, and pure water should be our main staples. The less cooked, dead, devitalized food we eat the healthier and Lighter we will be.

In addition to the things listed above, we must daily and hourly monitor our thoughts, words, actions and, most of all, feelings. Eighty percent (80%) of our energy is expressed through our feelings. The other 20% is used to express our thoughts, words, and actions. Just imagine how effective we will be in accelerating our Ascension process when we discipline ourselves to release ONLY harmonious, peaceful, loving, happy, joy-filled energy through our feelings, every moment of every day.

We are so used to letting our feelings control us that the concept of controlling our feelings seems like an impossible feat. The belief that we have no control over our feelings, however, is an illusion, based in the erroneous attitude that we are somehow just victims of circumstance. In Truth, we are the creators of the circumstances in our lives, and we have the absolute free-will choice to determine how we are going to let various situations affect us emotionally.

Normally, we give our power of choice away and say to the person, place, condition, or thing involved, "Here are my emotions. Go ahead and mess up my life." Instead, we should carefully evaluate the situation at hand and say to ourselves, "I have a choice as to how I am going to allow this to affect me. I can get angry and blow my top, or I can take a deep breath and calmly look for viable solutions and a positive response."

When we are used to letting everything that comes along push our buttons, it takes real discipline to think before reacting, but the rewards will be well worth the effort. If 80% of the energy you expend every day is charged with negative emotions, the Ascension process will be excruciating for you, truly, a living hell.

We have reached the critical mass and our Ascension is assured. How effortless or how difficult the process will be for each of us is up to us. We can apply the Sacred Knowledge that is pouring forth from the Divine Heart and Mind of God and Ascend in glorious harmony and joy, or we can be dragged kicking and screaming into the Light by our God Selves. Either way, we are going to move into the Light. The process has already begun, and we are well on our way. WE HAVE PASSED THE POINT OF NO RETURN!
