A Bright Light on the Horizonby John Randolph Price
I realize that at one time or another each one of us has thought about the world that is waiting for us around the corner, or a few years down the road, and how we will be affected individually. But if we're going to live joyfully in the Fourth Dimension, we'd better relax, see only a positive future, and ignore the Dweller's attempts to sway us with the promise of upcoming trials and tribulations. There are no such things unless we choose to believe there are.
We -- all of us -- can live in a perfect world as we release all beliefs to the contrary. We let them go and move into a state of knowing by looking through the lens of spiritual consciousness. That has been the purpose of our journey in this book -- to discover the real world within us and let it be expressed through us. And from that higher vision, we see that we are living there now and we're clapping our hands with joy, for there is only peace, financial plenty, wholeness, harmony, understanding, wisdom, and right action -- now and for the future. Not only is a large segment of the population moving into this higher frequency and living there, but Reality itself is slowly but surely changing the dense energies of the physical world. When Jan was on the other side (see Jan Price's book "The Other Side of Death") and looking back at this one, she saw the light growing, spreading, and knew with all her heart that this world is being lifted into a higher and finer vibration. In truth, the Dweller is reaching the stage of impotence. In our spiritual consciousness, we know now that it is God's will for us to live in perfect peace with overflowing joy and happiness. This means that all things good, true, and beautiful have already been given to us, which includes the answer to every question and the supply for every need we could possibly have. So we live in a consciousness of HAVE, and in this completeness we see each individual in this world -- regardless of appearances -- as possessing the fullness of the kingdom now. "Individual" is defined by Webster as not divisible, not separable. Grasp that in its fullness. It means we are all a part of a united Soul-base that cannot be divided. Thus, I am a part of you and you are part of me and we are one eternally. This is why we must not see each other as poor, sick, unfulfilled, fearful, and burdened with guilt. That is impossible in spiritual vision and that is the vision we must hold. To see through the eyes of ego, and behold someone else as less than perfect, is to call forth into manifestation that which is not desired for us individually. Our reality is God. We are nonphysical spiritual beings, and nothing else exists. Abundance created us rich; Wholeness created us in an eternal state of well-being; Love created us loved and loving; Success created us as totally triumphant in every activity of life. Denial of this truth produces needs where there were none. Knowledge of our sacred Self eliminates the needs, for the Self is the principle of fulfillment. What we observe within, we become. And let's remember that joy and sadness cannot exist simultaneously. When we choose one, the other cannot be. We have chosen joy and left the other in the wake. In 1984 I wrote "The World Healing Meditation" to be used at noon Greenwich time each December 31st beginning in 1986. Over 500 million people participated on that first World Healing Day, and with millions of people all over the world continuing to meditate on, think about, and speak these words for over two decades -- not only at the end of the year but also regularly throughout each month -- a bright light has emerged on the horizon. And through the concepts, meditations, and new understanding offered in my book "Living A Life of Joy", we have been steadily moving toward that light. To permanently secure our future in this radiance, let's pause for a moment and remind ourselves that . . .
And now from the light of the world,
Yes, love does flow, forgiveness does reign, and our hearts and minds are forever one in perfect understanding. And that very bright light on the horizon is our future. Where is this horizon in time and space? It is that point where the heaven and earth meet, the joining together of perfect energy and perfect form, and it is now -- not to come but now. That's the great secret that we have now discovered. In our journey we have crossed that point, that distant horizon. We don't have to be concerned about what is waiting for us around the corner, or a few years down the road because we are now in the light. And as we continue in the light we realize that our future is now. We rest in the now -- the only time there is -- and we see that we shall indeed live in a perfect world, for it is eternally unfolding from where we are at this very instant.
