ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS:
Your request has been sent to the InnerSelf Marketplace staff. If your order has not yet been processed by the shipping department, we will change the address on your order. You will receive a confirmation of the change (or of our inability to change it if the order has already shipped) within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Please note that this change pertains only to this order. To change your mailing address permanently, you will need to change it on the site where you purchased the product. ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS:
Your request has been sent to the InnerSelf Marketplace staff.  If your order has not yet been processed by the shipping department, we will cancel your order and process the refund request. You will receive a confirmation of the order cancellation within 24 hours (Monday-Friday), and then a refund confirmation within 2 - 3 business days. For more info, click here.

UPGRADING SHIPPING METHOD:
Your request has been sent to the InnerSelf Marketplace staff. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will place a "hold" on your order until your upgrade payment is processed. In order to upgrade your order, you must first pay the upgrade fee online, or contact us by telephone to pay for the upgrade. Please click here for upgrade instructions.

ALL OTHER REQUESTS:
Your email has been sent to the InnerSelf Marketplace staff. Your email will be responded to as soon as possible. Keep in mind that we are a small business, and our first priority is to get orders out speedily... We do our best to answer emails daily, but it may take one or two business days before we can respond to your email (staff may be busy attending to shipping duties).
