Thank you for this wonderful and informative article!

I've been meditating for the past 6 months; also I've been practicing living in the now after reading Eckhart Tolle's book: A New Earth. Doing these two things has completely changed my life. I can truly say that I am at peace, the anxiety that I felt most of my life is gone and I feel a simple joy in my life. I would never change this for all the gold in the world.

My question though is this. I have music or songs that always plays in my head even though I'm not thinking of anything. It's been like that for me my whole life. What can I do to stop this or is it not really that important? I would really like to be able to still the mind completely and a lot of times I can but that music just creeps up again.

Thank you

It's really simple. Letting go of everything and being yourself. Appreciating everything in your life and enjoying the moment with passion and conviction. - Sau
